Send it a screenshot, photo or PDF and it explains what it is in plain language, pulls out the important details (amounts, dates, links, names) and suggests what to do next: check a message for scam warning signs, understand a bill, get the details from a ticket, translate a message, draft a reply and more.

Your phone reads the text first; the screenshot and that text are then sent over an encrypted connection to be analysed. We never sell your data, and your screenshots are not used to train AI models unless you choose to allow it. Read the Privacy Policy.

They are deleted as soon as the analysis is finished. That is the default and you do not have to do anything to get it — the explanation stays in your history, the picture does not. If you would rather keep them, Settings → Data retention lets you choose 7, 30, 90 or 365 days instead, and you can delete all stored screenshots at any time. Your results stay in your history until you delete them.

On a paid plan, yes. After a scan Snap AI asks whether to keep that one file; if you say yes it is converted, encrypted with a key of its own and kept until you delete it — not on a timer. Snap AI Pro includes 1 GB and Snap AI Business Pro 2 GB, and you can buy extra storage monthly if you need more. Manage or delete them any time in Profile → Storage. On the free plan we never keep the file: it still goes the moment the analysis is done.

On a product listing, Snap AI can search the web for current prices of the same product at other stores in your country and show them with the shop, the price and a link to the page it found, next to the price on your screenshot. The prices come from a live Google Search, never from a guess, and every one shows its source. Prices change often, so check the shop's own page before you buy — and if a link is ever an affiliate link, we say so: Snap AI may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Snap AI is free to try, with 3 free credits and no credit card needed. One credit is one analysis; detailed reports such as medical, loan or legal documents use two. You can earn a free credit by sharing the app, and top up at any time with credit packs that never expire. There are two paid plans, each billed monthly, every 6 months or yearly through Google Play or the App Store. Snap AI Pro adds 150 credits every month (they refill monthly and do not roll over), every AI tool, full spoken reports and Pro Headshot, with no ads. Snap AI Business Pro adds everything in Pro plus 500 credits a month and the business suite: an email inbox with campaigns, a WhatsApp inbox with broadcasts, and the CRM. Your store shows the exact price in your currency before you pay, and you can cancel any time in your store account.

Yes. It is an AI and can misread an image or miss context, and a scam check is an assessment, not a guarantee. Check anything important, such as a payment, a deadline, or a medical or legal matter, with the official source or a professional before you act.

In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. You can also ask us by email. Deleting your account removes your screenshots, analyses and personal details; see what is deleted and kept.
